Insieme’s private dining room can accommodate sit-down parties
of up to 40 guests at 4 rectangular tables of 10. We can accommodate
28
guests at one long, banquet-style table.
Lunch – Minimum food and beverage charge of $500
· Optional 30 minutes of passed hors d’oeuvres (chef’s
selection of 6 – 8) — $20 per person
· 3-course menus begin at $60 per person and include:
• First course (choice of 2 appetizers)
• Main course (choice of 2 main courses)
• Dessert (choice of 2 desserts)
• Each additional appetizer choice — $10 per person
• Each additional main course choice — $15 per
person
• Additional pasta course — $12 per person
Dinner - Minimum food and beverage charge of $1500
· Optional 30 minutes of passed hors d’oeuvres (chef’s
selection of 6 – 8) — $20 per person
· 3-course menus begin at $110.00 per person and include:
• First course (choice of 2 appetizers)
• Main course (choice of 2 main courses)
• Dessert (choice of 2 desserts)
• Each additional antipasti / appetizer choice — $10
per person
• Each additional secondi / main course choice — $18
per person
• Additional pasta course — $12 per person
• Additional cheese course — $10 per person
• Additional dessert — $10 per person
• 5 Course Tasting Menu (includes four savory dishes and one
dessert course) — $145.00
• 7 Course Tasting Menu (includes five savory dishes, cheese
course and dessert course) — $165.00
• 6 Course Pasta Tasting Menu (includes five pasta dishes and
one dessert course) — $120.00
General Notes:
• All menus include coffee and tea (but not espresso or cappuccino).
All other beverages will be charged on consumption.
• Service charge of 20% will be added to each bill (18% for
staff gratuity, and 2% towards a bookers fee)
• New York State Sales Tax of 8.375% will be added to each bill.
• Additional charges may include:
· Flowers and/or additional decor items
· Audio/Visual equipment
• A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve the room for dinner
and a $250 deposit is required to reserve the room for lunch.
Your reservation is guaranteed once Insieme has received this deposit.
• Insieme will refund deposits for events cancelled fourteen
days prior to the scheduled date. Deposits for cancellations
received less than fourteen days prior to the date of the event can
be applied to a future event.
• Insieme requires a guarantee of the number of guests in your
party 48 hours in advance of the party date. If we do not
receive a guaranteed guest count, the final bill will be calculated
according to the number of guests as stipulated on your
contract.
• Private Dining Room Hours:
Lunch Events: 12 noon – 2:00pm
Dinner Events: 5:30pm – 10:00pm (11:00pm Friday & Saturday)
